Refund Policy

1. General - Digital Goods

Skinnio offers digital cosmetic in-game items (skins) for Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2.

All Items are digital goods delivered via Steam Trade Offer. Once a Trade Offer has been successfully accepted by the User, the Item is considered fully delivered and the Order becomes non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

This reflects the nature of digital content under applicable consumer protection laws in England and Wales.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund or replacement may be issued in the following cases:

  • No delivery within 24 hours: if a Steam Trade Offer has not been dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, the User is entitled to a full refund.
  • Incorrect Item delivered: if the Item received does not match the Order (including discrepancies in item name, condition, float value, or stickers), the User may request either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Refunds will not be granted where delivery failure or inability to receive Items is caused by the User, including but not limited to:

  • incorrect or invalid Steam Trade URL;
  • Steam trade restrictions or trade holds;
  • disabled or unavailable Steam Trade Offers;
  • limitations imposed on the User's Steam account (including Steam Guard misconfiguration or account restrictions).

Refund eligibility is subject to the same conditions and limitations set out in the Terms of Use, including delivery completion upon acceptance of a Steam Trade Offer.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the User must contact support@skinniomarket.com and provide:

  • Order ID;
  • description of the issue;
  • supporting evidence (where applicable, such as screenshots).

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the issue occurring or becoming apparent.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed by Skinnio within 24 hours of approval.
  • Depending on the payment provider or card issuer, funds may take 5-10 business days to appear in the User's account.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Users are strongly encouraged to contact support@skinniomarket.com before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact or good-faith attempt to resolve the issue may be treated as abusive or fraudulent activity. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate the User account;
  • restrict access to Services;
  • place associated Steam IDs on an internal blocklist and share relevant information with payment processors or platforms where appropriate;
  • recover chargeback fees, losses, and related administrative costs where legally permitted.

6. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

We encourage you to review this Policy regularly to stay informed. Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice on the Website or, where appropriate, notify you directly.
